Revert "Fix typo in shebang"

This reverts commit e0713cf89a511442383c56e1021c2ead5497283c.

Using ash was actually correct as only this shell is available in initramfs.
It was the commit message of d4cb94d662c5ff515ec9fa9920be13f841632869 that was wrong
