feat(makepkg.conf): Add no-omit-frame-pointer flags by default

RFC-26 proposes to add -fno-omit-frame-pointer and
-mno-omit-leaf-frame-pointer to the default compilation flags
to improve the effectiveness of profiling and debugging tools.
